Also: the EULA isn't a legally binding agreement, but then again, you have no legal rights to the game either. As a guide of player conduct, it is entirely sufficient in telling you what will or will not bring the banhammer upon you.

Partly I agree with the bans.

BUT I'm sure some people like me,used bots for little time (being 10 mins or less,<5 mins for me) and then decided not to,did not gain 1 gold or 1 point in any tittle track. I did not use it on PVP,I did not gain anything from it,and it was 5 minutes out of the 2.5k hours I have played over the alst 4 years.

The bans should have been done abit more with observation,instead than with a program that detects if you ever injected a dll into your GW.

If you made even 1 gold using bots,I consider than ban to be OK,but since I did not bother anyone (did not use on PvP),I did not take advantage of anyone (did not earn 1 gold or 1 pt in any tittles),and did not abuse the bot (<5 minutes...cmon) I don't think I should have been banned,atleast not permanently...

Its like giving a murderer the death sentence,and giving a 5 year old who stole a little ball from his friend a death sentence too...

You still hacked the game by using DLL injection. Regardless if you wanted to see how it worked or not, anyone in their right mind wouldn't even take the risk.

I know,I know,but the point is I took it back in time before I earned anything.

PS:also it was in my not-main account...I don't see why the main one got banned anyways. (hence,why this fails. If my friend visited an loged with his account,he would have been banned since the .dat had been injected)

mmmk, you really do take every chance you get to try and rally support for your bad decision don't you? your banned, you have repeatedly admitted you used a bot (yes even just 1 time is a direct breach). gotta say, for someone that admits to botting, you are tenaciously holding on to being "innocent"

Cheating is cheating...you got banned because ignorance lead u to believe that you deserve to cheat and get away with it....and nobody wants to play with a cheater...

by perma banning you destroy all retained benefits obtained threw botting wiether it be titles, currency, armor, ect...by letting you keep such benefits is ludicrous. you lose deserve to everything because you never earned it yourself.

Buy a new account and do it the right way like you should of done the first time.

Well for me it's not. Sorry. I don't play games with people who cheat, if I can choose. I once played a board game with someone who cheated. I found that extremely despicable - how pathetic do you have to be to cheat like that? I never played anything with him anymore.
Then, I had a friend who had to cheat in games because he couldn't admit defeat. His cheating was too obvious though, and guess what, cheating wasn't only the part of his problematic personality. Needless to say, we're not friends anymore, I had enough.

So don't tell me that what happens in a game is totally irrelevant, and what happens "for money" is relevant. I don't make that distinction. And I don't consider people who cheat in games the ones who have "ethics" and "morals". Come on, people who have ethics and morals don't cheat. I'm not saying no one will ever try to see how something is, but hey, if you do be a man and face the consequences.

Lastly, by your own materialistic definition, if you cheat on a girlfriend you're still a moral person with healthy ethics because it wasn't for the money.

I'd rather be unethical than belong to your ethics system.

No, actually. The entire point is that you used a bot. The "crime" was committed. It does not matter how much you profited from this action - it matters that you made the decision to take the action in the first place.

You don't get to decide the terms of punishment based on your perceived level of abuse. You get to make one decision - use a bot or don't. You made your decision.
